The presidential candidate of National Interest Party(NIP), and chairman of the party, Mrs Eunice Atuejide has dropped her ambition of contesting fot the coverted office in the 2019 presidential polls due for Saturday, February 23. ln the same vein,she has declared full support for the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for President. According to a statement she released in that regard, Mrs. Atuejide explained that at the time she set out on this journey in 2016, she promised to always put Nigeria first, adding that in doing this, she invested so much into bringing together all the alternative candidates, pointing out that when that failed, she invested even more into her race for the Presidency “When I set out on this journey in 2016, I promised myself one thing – to always put Nigeria first! “I invested so much into bringing together all the alternative candidates and when that failed, I invested even more into my race for the Presidency.

Omotola Jalade Ekeinde is a Nigerian actress, singer, philanthropist and former model of an Ondo descent from Lagos, Nigeria.

Omotola Ekeinde was born on 7th February 1978. Her mother, Oluwatoyin Jalade née Amori Oguntade, worked at J.T Chanrai Nig and her father, Oluwashola Jalade, worked with Y.M.C.A (Young Men's Christian Association) and the Lagos Country Club. She has two younger brothers, Tayo and Bolaji Jalade.
Omotola attended Chrisland School Opebi (1981–1987), Oxford Children School (1987), Santos Layout, Command Secondary School Kaduna (1988–1993). She completed her studies at Yaba College of Technology (1996–2004), where she studied Estate Management.

While awaiting her results from University, she began modelling to earn a living.
Later Omotola’s friend introduced to her acting by escorting to an audition. In 1995, she was given her first role in a movie called 'Venom of Justice' and directed by Reginald Ebere.
Since her Nollywood debut, Omotola has appeared in 300 films, selling millions of video copies.
In 1997, Omotola won “The Best Actress in an English Speaking Movie" and the "Best Actress Overall" at the THEMA (The Movie Awards) for her role in 'Mortal Inheritance'.
In 2005, she was awarded “Best Actress in a Supporting Role” during Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). Omotola has gone on to win over 40 domestic and international awards. She is considered Africa's biggest box office actress.
In the same year, OmoSexy started her music career with the release of her debut album titled GBA.
In 2012, Omotola launched her own reality show Omotola: The Real Me on Africa Magic Entertainment, becoming the first Nigerian celebrity to star in their own reality show.
Omotola married pilot, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, in 1996. Five years later the couple held a white ceremony on board a Dash 7 aircraft while flying from Lagos to Benin.
Omotola gave birth to four children: Princess Ekeinde (1997), M.J Ekeinde (1998), Meraiah Ekeinde (2000) and Michael Ekeinde (2002).
CNN Travel noted Omotola's famous tongue (accent) on their list of the world's 12 sexiest accents in 2012. The Nigerian accent ranked 5th on the list. She was honoured in Time Magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2013 alongside Michelle Obama, Beyonce and Kate Middleton.
She is considered to be the first African celebrity to receive over 1 million likes onher official Facebook page.
